I quite like this OC's design. I'm going to be DMing an AoH game ( docs.google.com/document/d/1La…) eventually, and I'm putting together a cast of NPCs. I'd love to use this (finally ↓ ) not evil-looking stallion as the Minister of Finances, the third highest awarded position in Celestia's court. His name will be Grand Plan. ↓
(It's not easy to find unicorn stallions who are both not evil and not happy. There's almost no middle ground. This is a 1/600 unicorn right here.)
Aside from the cutie mark, this is pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
Of course, if you don't want me to use it, I won't, but be assured that you'll be credited with how it looks. (Not that they would think I had drawn it; my lack of artistic talent is a well-known fact.)
